Lepordo Legacy Holdings, LLC is a multi-industry holding company owned and operated by Joseph Lepordo.

Joseph is currently the Executive Vice President of Alliance Mobile and former Chief Operating Officer for The Wireless Experience Group, having led the organization to a successful PE backed exit. and a 2021 NJBIZ 40 Under 40 Honoree.

Honored in 2021 as a top 40 under 40 leader in New Jersey by NJBIZ at the age of 36, he's a passionate leader driven by the challenges of leading a diverse group of employees who span multiple industries. His leadership focuses is on creating highly efficient organizations to ensure team members can focus on what matters, while ensuring world class workplaces.

He enjoys creating strategies to demolish operational choke points, ignite sales, enhance customer experiences, inspire fun and more. He dashboards and creates data visualizations in his spare time. He loves data  to learn.

During his leadership journey to date, he's had the opportunity to create and lead many teams. He's had the honor of strategizing and leading a diverse group of executives and interfacing with many CXO’s. Joseph has been able to scale operations, integrate new businesses, have core involvement in M&A activity and be a part of an executive team that’s been highly awarded by Inc. Magazine, Fortune Magazine and NJBIZ, all while creating multiple businesses.

 

Joseph has been able to consult for some exciting start-ups and coach many individuals to help them reach the next level in their life, whether personally or professionally.

Joseph earned his BSBA in Finance from UMass Lowell and MBA from Northeastern University.
